1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Virtual Admin Pros website at vaprosllc.com and any associated services including the VA Command Center (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Virtual Admin Pros provides:

• Job Board: Curated remote virtual assistant job listings
• Templates & Resources: Professional templates and career resources for virtual assistants
• VA Command Center: A productivity dashboard integrating email, calendar, file management, client tracking, and task management

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Membership & Payments

• Free accounts provide limited access to job listings and features
• Paid memberships unlock full access to all job listings, templates, articles, and resources
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Membership plans and pricing are displayed on the website and may change with notice
• All sales are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

5. VA Command Center

The VA Command Center is a separate product that requires:

• Google account authentication for access
• Permission to access your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive data
• A one-time purchase fee as displayed on the website

You may revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account Permissions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings or content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, templates, and software — is the property of Virtual Admin Pros or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Job Listings Disclaimer

Job listings on VA Pros are curated from third-party sources. We do our best to verify legitimacy, but:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any job listing
• We are not responsible for the hiring practices of employers
• We are not a party to any employment agreement between you and an employer
• We recommend you independently verify any job opportunity before providing personal information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Admin Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
